THE COLLECTIVE is made up of all the types of creative beings you can imagine. It's what happens when you throw together a bunch of directors, patrons, actors, playwrights, musicians, poets, dancers, clowns, fashionistas, children, adults, men, women, painters, sculptors and many, many more.
The Collective grows every day. Every time we welcome a first-timer to the Soup, we look for the best qualities of an ensemble member and invite our performers to join the Collective on a yearly/seasonly basis. Our official members participate in "physical dues" by coming to crew calls on tech day, volunteering to house manage a performance, selling program ads and distributing publicity materials. In return, members receive primary casting offers in all seasonal productions and participate in quarterly workshops in audition technique, viewpoints, scene study and more.
